Funeral service is at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Friday 24th September 2021 at 2:30 pm.
Seats inside the crematorium chapel are limited to 100.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory are welcome towards the Heart and Lung Unit at Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
